Executive Leadership

Kyle pezzi

Chief Executive Officer / Managing Partner

As CEO of SGAF, Kyle brings finance & operating expertise from his experience operating and advising companies ranging in size from small startups to some of the largest global multinational and fortune 500 companies.

Kyle began his career in M&A at Bank of America before joining a leading New York based hedge fund and later Lazard Asset Management, where he helped lead investment efforts in large healthcare companies. Kyle found his passion for entrepreneurship as the owner of two Florida-based full-service car washes and remains an active multifamily real estate investor.

Kyle also has a personal interest in the Kentucky bourbon industry and owns 50 barrels (53 gallons each) of bourbon aging in Midway, KY in partnership with his father.

Ryan Medico

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO of Solutions Group Accounting Firm, Ryan brings 15 years of experience specializes in optimizing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable growth.

Ryan’s expertise spans multiple industries, including SaaS, hospitality, and real estate, where he has successfully managed SEC filings, financial reporting, and capital raising efforts for publicly traded companies. His leadership and collaborative approach enable him to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and provide valuable insights to stakeholders and investors.

Robert Crews

Chief Operating Officer / Head of Advisory Services

Robert, better known as “Crews” holds over 12 years of diversified experience in all areas of taxation, accounting, forensic accounting as well as a known expert in litigation support. Robert is the definition of technical knowledge and expertise, which he brings as a irreplaceable asset to the firm. His experience includes tenure at a regional firm and partner at a local firm prior to becoming a Partner of Solutions Group Accounting Firm. Robert’s primary focuses is always dedicated to the client experience as well as executing his knowledge within tax, accounting, litigation, forensic accounting, valuation services and proactive planning.

Tyler Graff

Head of Managed Accounting Services

Tyler Graff is the Head of Client Delivery at SGAF. He brings finance and operational expertise from his experience in managing and advising companies of varying sizes, from small startups to midsized regional businesses. He began his career in tax at Solutions Group, progressing to a senior tax signer and IRS Enrolled Agent, where he developed his skills in tax preparation and complex IRS negotiations. Tyler serves as a tax advisor to many of our largest clients.

Brandon Graff

Head of Client Management

Brandon leads Client Management and Business Development at SGAF, where he is responsible for driving new business, retaining key accounts, and overseeing a team of client-facing professionals. Since joining SGAF in 2022, Brandon has played a central role in reshaping the firm’s go-to-market strategy and scaling client success initiatives. With a foundation in financial operations and a background in bookkeeping and accounting, Brandon brings both technical fluency and commercial acumen to his role. Brandon is instrumental in shaping the firm’s client experience. He holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
